ACBA provides our members with a unified voice on issues affecting the cable and telecommunications industry.

Legislative Issues

The Alabama Cable and Broadband Association plays a key role in representing the cable industry with members of the Alabama Legislature and other key officeholders, at both the state and federal levels.

ACBA monitors legislative issues that will affect Alabama’s cable industry. Working closely with our members, we strive for effective and ongoing communications about these issues with elected officials and opinion leaders throughout the state.

ACBA is fortunate to have great relationships with Alabama’s leaders in both Montgomery and Washington, DC.

During Capitol Hill visits, Taylor Vice (Charter), Andy Macke (Comcast), Michelle Roth (ACBA) and Brian Gregory (Charter) have the opportunity to discuss our issues with Congresswoman Martha Roby.
